We have been tourists and well seasoned travellers. I have never encounter wherever on the earth where Taxi motorists overtly just fraud travellers as I have in Istanbul. Each day, taxi drivers make an effort to rip-off us. We entered a taxi and the driving force modified the meter to start from fif
